Hipster India Tours provides in-person guided tour experiences, not physical products – so there's nothing to ship, and no shipping charges ever apply. This page explains what "delivery" means for a service like ours, mainly so our payment provider and guests both know what to expect.
Every booking is for a guided walking/driving tour delivered in person, on an agreed date, at an agreed pickup point, by Rusty himself. There is no physical item shipped to you at any stage.
Once we've confirmed availability and received payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation by email (and usually WhatsApp too) – typically within a few hours, and always same-day. This confirmation includes your tour date, pickup time and pickup location, and counts as the "delivery" of what you've paid for.
Rusty personally meets you at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time to begin your tour. If you're running late or can't find the meeting point, message the number on your confirmation and we'll sort it out in real time.
Since nothing physical is shipped, no delivery or shipping charges are ever added to your booking. Any price shown on this site is the full tour price.
